Judgement- Between angels and demons (2023)

The human mind is in a constant battle between good and evil, angels, and demons. This painting portrays this struggle and the soul’s journey towards God. As the soul matures, it gains insight into the battle between good and evil and begins to grasp God’s greatness. The judgment scene unfolds deep in the forest, with each character symbolizing something specific. The main character stands at the center, surrounded by others in a compelling arrangement. An angel, surrounded by clouds and holding a trumpet, announces the impending judgment. The main character, with an androgynous appearance, is experiencing ecstasy. This painting was inspired by my own life experiences and various studies of literature about symbols and myths. Therefore, it reflects both my personal journey and explores well-known religious and mythological themes.
